The prevalence rate of taurodontismis variable in both adults and children,approximately 0.5-46% 0.3%. Based on the displacement pulpal floor, taurodontic teeth are classified by Shawashypotaurodontic, mesotaurodontic, hypertaurodontic. According to Seow Lai, werealso using a biometric method. A tooth with Crown Body Root ratio >1.10 was categorised as taurodontic. Endodontic treatment is difficult task. This article discloses, 5-year-old child bilateral Mesotaurodontic primary second molar.
